PMASP – PM Advisors Solutions Process

The goal of PM Advisors is to successfully transfer project management technology (knowledge, skills, and behavior) by introducing standard project management concepts, methods and techniques (See "Target for Attaining Vision" below).   This leads to a transformation that results in increased project management competency and maturity of our clients' organization.  As this competency and maturity increases in our clients, PM Advisors' involvement decreases (See "Knowledge, Skills & Behavior Transfer" in the next slide).
