Advisors Solution Process
The PM Advisors Maturity Model project
was initiated in 1999. The purpose
of the PMASP is to develop a structure and documentation for criteria
and standards for implementing Project Management best practices.
PM Advisors Project Management Assessment Models
The PM Advisors' assessment models project
was also initiated in 1999. The purpose of this project is to
quantify and measure the individual and organizations in order to assess the
impact of our solutions in transferring project management technology to our
clients. This model is comprised of
individual project management competency assessment, organizational project
management competency assessment and project management technology transfer
assessment. This project establishes the basis for input to the PM
Advisors solution process.
