The goal of   PM Advisors is to successfully transfer the  technology (knowledge, skills  and behavior)  by  introducing  standard    project management concepts, methods and techniques.   This technology  transfer  includes  project  management processes as well as software tools. This knowledge, skill and behavior transfer is accelerated by establishing common and consistent project management  practices.  These  practices create a  common  language for interpreting  project  performance; thereby,  leveraging capability improvements throughout the company.
